Packaging
Our tube packaging has a resin code 4 and is recyclable. You should check with your local Council to see if you can recycle plastic film with your household recycling. Some Local Authorities will take it away but it is limited. For those who can't recycle plastic film at home, you can take it to be recycled at carrier bag collection points at the larger stores of most major supermarkets.

Personalisation
We are pleased to offer free personalisation on our Nose Bagz products though please note this is done by sticker vinyl. Though the vinyl we buy states permanent, out door factors, stable conditions and horse slobber can effect the lenght of time the sticker may remain.
Returns Policy
Terms & Conditions/Returns
Please note that due to our hay feeders and all other Nose Bagz products being made to customers specifications, once you have confirmed your order we are unable to return or refund any of these item's. Once you have received your order confirmation, our machinist will be sent your order which will then be handmade in your chosen style, colour and size.
We will happily refund or exchange any unused item that is faulty or damaged in transit if notified in the first 14 days of receiving your item. If your product is damaged by incorrect installation or by your horse/pony, including wrong size purchase, Nose will require pictures of the product in situe and the item returned for inspection. This allows us to take into consideration repair or replacement for the item. If you wish to speak to us regarding a faulty item please contact us.

Please also note that some of our clothing range is printed or embroidered on demand though we are happy to exchange for a different size or colour.

Delivery
Please note that here at Nose Bagz all our orders are handmade in South Wales and packed to order. This means orders can take up to 10 working days but may take a little longer in our busy periods. We do work as quickly as possible to get your order to you. Once your order is with the courier a tracking number will be provided to you via an email. If you are ordering outside the UK please note there may be additional customs charges which are not liable by Nose Bagz. If your customs charge is unpaid and the item is returned, postage will charged to the buyer again to resend.
